Simplifying Site Navigation for axiomlaw.com

Axiom's website navigation had grown inconsistent and difficult to use. Menu behavior was unpredictable, with some items expanding into sprawling mega menus while others had no dropdowns at all. Bulky stock photography consumed valuable interface space, and critical pages were buried in unexpected places. On mobile, poor hierarchy made navigation confusing, and the footer stretched endlessly with dense blocks of links.

Solution-Focused Desktop Navigation

The "Find Legal Talent" menu was restructured to match user intent. Users can now quickly understand the difference between solution offerings or dive deeper into practice areas and industries.

Beyond content organization, the interface received significant refinement. Improved hierarchy guides users through the menu more intuitively, while cleaner styling and better spacing create a more polished experience. The dropdown CTA directs users straight to the platform where they can sign up and start viewing available talent immediately, supporting a key 2025 initiative to drive platform adoption. The sign-up button in the top right corner now commands proper attention, making account creation more discoverable for new visitors.

Streamlined Footer Navigation

The footer shifted from an overwhelming wall of links to a clear, organized structure. Clear section headings guide users to key areas while secondary links recede visually. Legal disclaimers gained prominence, and compliance links remain accessible but subdued.

A universal CTA module at the top the footer offers two paths: access the platform immediately or contact the team directly. This placement captures intent at the bottom of each page, driving platform adoption across the site.

The mobile experience was completely reimagined. Endless scrolling through dense link blocks became a clean accordion interface that mirrors the main navigation. Users expand only what they need, dramatically reducing scroll depth while maintaining full access to content.
